1 on 1 Personal Training:
Whether you are just getting started or looking for a more challenging workout, Personal training can make all the difference. Learn how proper technique and feedback on exercise form can help you reach your fitness goals quicker and without injury.
Small group personal training:
offers clients the enthusiasm and encouragement from a group environment while still getting personalized attention and fitness routines tailored to your specific needs all at an affordable rate.
Personal training for people of all ages and any fitness level. Individuals participate in small groups(typically 2-5 participants), progressing at your own pace. Often referred to as a class, this program includes bodyweight exercises, resistance training, isometrics and flexibility drills. Significant emphasis is placed on multi-joint movements with a focus on developing shoulder, hip and core strength.
Personal Training:
$50 per session per person, bring a buddy up to 5 people per session.
Open Group Classes:
$100.00 a Month.
