Circle of Neighbors is committed to providing resources to make college a reality for all students. The College Consultants Organization utilizes the resources of parents, students and people from all backgrounds to assist families with the process of selecting and funding the college of the student's choice. Parents and counselors don't have the time or resources to provide the college planning and funding help most students need. By working with students, parents, teachers, counselors, colleges, universities and you, the College Consultants will make college dreams come true for the families we serve.
